  • Bring a journal, a cup of tea, or anything that helps you feel grounded.

  • Reflect on what feels tender, unfinished, or important in your story.

  • You might jot down a few memories, questions, themes or turning points you’d like to explore.

  • Most importantly: come as you are. Messy, unsure, hopeful—it’s all welcome.
