I’m Julie—a paramedic, family therapist, hypnotherapist and behaviour therapist - turned writer, trauma informed relationship guide and chaos dignifier.

I have spent 24 years on the frontline watching humans fall apart, hold it together, and say weird things under pressure. Now I teach what paramedicine, therapy, and lived experience taught me about being human: how to know yourself, communicate clearly, and take radical responsibility without losing your sense of humour.

I don’t do polished. I do real. I do funny. I do “catastrophic typo” moments that somehow explain the entire nervous system.

I offer coaching, story sessions, and resources that blend paramedic wisdom, neuroscience, and raw honesty. I’m building Paramedic Wisdom—a legacy movement that dignifies both the wild and the wise. I’m also launching a podcast where I talk about all things health, human and relating, minus the jargon and emotional homework.
