Story Sessions: For those who want to be witnessed, not fixed. We map your emotional terrain, name what’s real, and find coherence in the chaos.

How to Prepare

You don’t need to arrive “ready.” But if you’d like to prepare, here are a few gentle suggestions:

  • Find a quiet space where you feel safe and uninterrupted.

  • Bring a journal, a cup of tea, or anything that helps you feel grounded.

  • Reflect on what feels tender, unfinished, or important in your story.

  • You might jot down a few memories, questions, themes or turning points you’d like to explore.

  • Most importantly: come as you are. Messy, unsure, hopeful—it’s all welcome. non-performative space

What if I’m not ready to share everything? That’s completely okay. Story Sessions are designed to meet you where you are. You don’t need to have it all figured out, and you’re never expected to share more than feels safe. We move at your pace, honoring your boundaries and your readiness. Sometimes, just naming what you’re not ready to say is a powerful beginning.

Can I reschedule my session? Yes. Life happens, and emotional timing matters. You can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice—no judgment, no pressure. If something urgent comes up, just reach out. I’ll do my best to accommodate you with grace.

Is this therapy? No. Coaching is not therapy. While this is deeply therapeutic and emotionally supportive, this is not a substitute for clinical treatment. If you’re working with a therapist, these coaching sessions can beautifully complement that journey.

What if I have other questions? You’re welcome to ask. I want you to feel safe, seen, and informed. You can reach out via email or DM before booking, and I’ll respond with clarity and care. No question is too small or too tender. if I’m not ready to share everything?

Do you ever use client stories in your work? Only with permission. If a story or quote feels resonant for broader healing or teaching, I’ll always ask first—and only share with your full, informed consent. You are never obligated to say yes, and your “no” will be honored without question.

Is this a safe space for trauma? Yes. I work from a trauma-informed lens, which means emotional safety is foundational. You are never rushed, judged, or pushed. We move gently, with care for your nervous system, your boundaries, and your lived experience.
